Oregon Yurtworks
Yurts may be a new idea to some but what Genghis Khan started hundreds of years ago Oregon Yurtworks has refined into state-of-the-art modular round homes. In November of 2007 Oregon Yurtworks installed a 12.48 kW EWEB generation system. The system is comprised of (60) Sharp 208 Watt modules, tilt racking, and a 13 kW Solectria DC/AC inverter. The modules are attached to a metal roof and tilted to the south. The output of the Solectria inverter is run to a EWEB generation meter and then to the utility.
