Non-Profit Support Services

An organization, whose mission is "to help those who change the world", installed a 5.5 KW photovoltaic system in the summer of 2003 on a restored turn-of-the-century house it had converted into a business office. This system is designed to supply up to 50% of the building's loads annually, with 100% solar contribution in the summer months. This was the first grid-tied small commercial PV system installed under EWEB's "PV Partners" program. This 3 tiered array is visually pleasing and is a popular tour site in Eugene. Non-Profit Support Services also participates in the Northwest Solar Coop's program of "Green Tag" purchases and receives annual payments from the Coop for the next 5 years.
