The Shaggy Dog PV Project

The Shaggy Dog boarding facility located in Dallas, Oregon is now producing electricity with their 13.16 kW solar electric system. Designed and installed by Advanced Energy Systems, the 56 SolarWorld 235 watt modules will reduce the companies electricity bill, and save on greenhouse gasses. Funding for the project came from the facility owner, and from a utility incentive administered by the Energy Trust of Oregon. There were no state business tax credits funding the project. The Shaggy Dog is promoting the Oregon sourced materials used in the construction of the facility. For more information on how to create a system that does not rely on state business tax credits, please contact Advanced Energy Systems. 1-800-399-1596 or use the contact us form on the right.
